RETURN POLICY

1.RETURNING A DEFECTIVE PRODUCT

If there is anything wrong with the cane delivered to you, please contact us within 15 days of the purchase date. We will send you a return label so that you can return the cane free of charge. You may choose a credit to purchase a new cane, or you may request a refund.

2.RETURNING A CANE IF YOU DON’T LIKE IT OR CHANGE YOUR MIND

Although we are not required to do so by law, we will take your cane back if you don’t like it. In such cases, you will be responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive the cane in good condition, we will refund the full amount you paid (including tax).

3.MANUFACTURER’S GUARANTEE

We guarantee all parts of the cane for one year, except for the tip, which must be changed regularly, depending on how much you use the cane. The guarantee applies if the grip is defective or if there is a problem with the shaft, assuming normal use. Breakage or damage caused by improper use is not covered.
